The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our check-in experience effortless. We were pleasantly surprised by the room upgrade to a master suite, complete with a jacuzzi on the balcony where we enjoyed stunning views of Banderas Bay. The resort's amenities were top-notch, from the 24-hour room service to the buffet-style breakfast that allowed us to sleep in without missing out. the pools were a highlight, offering excellent service and a relaxing atmosphere. Although the hotel is a bit secluded, the staff helped us arrange trustworthy taxis for quick rides to Zona Romantica. The beauty of the hotel, set at the highest point in Puerto Vallarta, was truly exclusive. the ocean views from our terrace were breathtaking, and we enjoyed watching fireworks and even spotting whales from our balcony. Overall, Grand Miramar All Luxury Suites & Residences is a hidden gem for couples and travelers looking for a peaceful retreat with impeccable service. I would highly recommend it for a rejuvenating and memorable experience in Puerto Vallarta.
